This house was in rough shape when our team was first brought in. The sellers were moving out of the country and hadn't done anything to get the place ready to sell. In addition to refinishing the floors, painting, and renovating a bathroom, we had four separate trash hauls to get unwanted belongings of the house. The hard work paid off though and it went under contract after the first weekend's open house.
